In the midst of packing I figured I should update the blog before the computer gets packed up!

House: Had the final walk through last night to put sticky notes where the painter needs touch ups. Also had to note anything we wanted fixed. There are just a few minor things left for them to do (ie: vent cover in boys bathroom, weather stripping & permanent front door knob). Everything looks great and we cant wait to move in. I was wrong in thinking the rest of the appliances come this week...they will be delivered Saturday. The remaining ones are: refrigerator, washer & dryer. They aren't covered in the builders theft insurance so they don't get delivered til we get possession.

Current house is finally done with negotiation crap. The buyer has repeatedly told her agent that she is on a very limited income so we fixed some stuff and are giving her a hefty sum ($900!) to let her fix the rest (the rest of the decisions are more personal/up to her liking that's why we went the $$ route).

Austin: Talking up a storm! We LOVE it! :) "Heavy" is a common word heard lately...he likes to attempt to move/pick up the moving boxes haha! He is growing up so fast....fun to see all that he can do but sad that he is moving towards a big boy and less dependent on me at times.

Mason: Crawling everywhere! Starting to pull himself up whenever he feels like it. Putting himself to sleep off and on for the last week or so. I think he will like getting out of the pack n play and into his crib. It actually is scheduled to arrive today so he will sleep there starting Saturday night (silly to assemble in this house for just a few nights)! Hopefully all goes well!

Job: They are working on hospital credentialing and will be calling me with a better start date soon. They are shooting for early June. :)
