Busy! Thats all I have to say about the last couple weeks.

Work is going fairly smooth from a patient care standpoint. Did have a very rocky transport/admission/death last Wednesday but the neos basically took over when they saw how bad this trainwreck of a baby was becoming. Thankful that it could be converted into a learning opportunity versus me being super stressed. I've been seeing between 4-6 patients when I work...depending on which neos are on that day... (control freaks...they know it and the nurses tease them haha). So far the work part is going great. Paperwork issues are still being sorted out and I'm still waiting on some final stuff related to insurance and whatnot.

Childcare...ugg... impossible...denial...anxiety....stress....mommy guilt...deserves it own blog post...
