Quick update on the Coak household!

Austin: Loving Kindergarten so far! The homework part is an adjustment but we are getting the hang of it. Both boys are in a 9 week baseball class on Saturday mornings. He looks forward to it every week! He is also very into finding his sight words that he is learning in school while being read to, looking at books himself, etc. :)

Mason: Adjusting to preschool and is getting better everyday I think. He is still sad at dropoff but his teacher said he is fine once they are in the classroom. Still working on playing more with the other kiddos but he tells us he likes it! He is also liking baseball class on Saturday mornings. We looked into soccer but decided to just to baseball for now since they both wanted to. He is back in OT and it was a good choice to resume it because it is helpful!

Giselle: She is doing well in her speech therapy! Hasn't added too many more words yet but she is certainly more vocal. Also shaking her head yes and no more consistently. She had a ear infection and tonsilitis earlier this month...praying we can stay fairly illness free this fall/winter. She is so sweet and growing up to fast!

Going to a slightly different schedule at work for November. We are going back to 12 hour nights and getting rid of the 16 hour night shifts. Thank god because its hard on the days when I have a night shift during the week since I literally pick up Austin up from school and only see him for the ride home since he gets out at 2:30pm.

Both boys have field trips next month & are already excited about them!
