I applied for a day shift position in our NICU last night. Our unit is still going through changes and trying to move what staff that they can to a position that they want to be on if theres room for it. Cross your fingers! It's a 3am-3pm position that would still be 3 days a week.


on to the depressing news...day 46 and counting..no signs...UGG!
